These cover the BlockTale Hytale server, this website and our store. By playing or buying, you agree to them.
Playing on BlockTale
Follow the server rules posted on our Discord. We can mute, kick or ban accounts that break them, including accounts with an active rank.
Purchases
Ranks are monthly subscriptions sold by Tebex, our merchant of record, under Tebex’s own checkout terms. Ranks give cosmetic and convenience perks only. See Refunds for cancelling and billing problems.
Changes
We may change the server, its features or rank perks. If a change reduces what an active rank gives, we’ll announce it on Discord first.
Hytale
BlockTale is a community server. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Hypixel Studios.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
