Ranks are monthly subscriptions, sold and billed by Tebex, our merchant of record.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime in Manage subscription, signing in with the email you paid with, or from the receipt Tebex emails you. Your rank stays until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then ends. We don’t refund part months.
Billing mistakes
Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or your rank never arrived? Email support@blocktale.net within 14 days of the charge and we’ll fix it.
Ranks go to the exact username entered at checkout. If you misspelled it, cancel that subscription and get the rank again under your real name. Email us within 14 days with your receipt to have the wrong one refunded.
When a rank ends
Nothing you own is deleted. Homes past the free limit are locked, and unlock again if you pick a rank back up.
